There are tons of success stories out there by people who say they used the law of attraction to win the lottery. Some people kept a very specific amount in mind and focused on having that amount, while others decided to simply be happy and were suddenly inspired to buy a lottery ticket which turned out to be a jackpot winner. I recently posted two videos (a part 1 and 2 of sorts) on my YouTube channel on this topic. So...is it possible to win the lottery using the law of attraction?
Yes and no. The answer to me isn't so simple. The thing is, when it comes to intending more money into your life there are so many ways that the universe can bring it to you. When I decided I wanted to manifest a thousand dollars in addition to the regular salary I was getting at the time, the thought did cross my mind more than once that it might come from a lottery win. Despite buying a ticket here and there, the most I ever got back was a few bucks. I knew it was more important to remain open minded and let the universe determine the fastest way of bringing the money to me. It ended up coming via a payroll glitch that the outsourced payroll management company insisted had been fixed. That money certainly came in a way I never would have imagined in a hundred years, and I knew using the LOA had made it happen.
The other thing we need to keep in mind is maybe you're not a vibrational match to the massive lifestyle upheaval winning a large amount of money would create. It isn't always the blessing that many people imagine it to be; suddenly, you're inundated by acquaintances, coworkers, friends, family members, and strangers asking for a piece of the pie. Many lottery winners end up destitute in just a few years because they go bonkers freely spending the cash instead of saving and investing it. Frankly, I think winning money in smaller amounts is a lot less stressful.
Lastly, God may have bigger plans for you and wants you to use your talents to attract money. Personally, if I won so much I never had to lift a finger ever again I think it would prove unfulfilling and even a little depressing in the long run. We're all born with natural gifts and it's satisfying to use them to make a positive difference in the world.
Now having said all this, there definitely are things you can do to raise your vibration to that of winning the lottery or winning any amount of money. You can start with some positive affirmations...i.e. "I am a lottery winner", "I am a jackpot winner", "I love this huge amount of money that's been given to me", etc. You can also get into the feeling mode of feeling good and emulating what it would be like to actually have a humongous amount of money. Pretend you're shopping for the car of your dreams by looking at ones for sale online, or look at real estate websites at properties for sale that fit your definition of a dream home. Visualize contacting the car dealer or retailer for a viewing or test drive. Imagine writing out a check because you have the cash to pay in full.
When it comes to manifesting a lottery or gambling win, I prefer to approach it with the mindset that it's simply fun and entertaining and that I have as much a shot at winning as anyone else. And sometimes by taking that neutral, "whatever" type approach, that makes things manifest as well as any other technique.
